Pamela,

I suggest that you go to gamblinggrumbles.com and click on the link to submit a complaint.

It would be helpful if you could include the following:

a. Your user name and/or account number at the casino.
b. Your full name.
c. The e-mail address you used when registering at the casino.
d. The city in which you live.
e. The e-mail address of the last person from the casino to write to you (if you still have it).
f. As many details as possible (when you registered, how much you deposited, how much you won, the reason the casino refuses to pay, etc.)

Gambling Grumbles does not charge you anything for trying to help you.

(It would be best if you were to write using regular capitalization. A letter typed all in capital letters, like your post here, is very liable to be sent to the junk mail box and not be seen.)

first i must say no matter what u read in either casinos terms they dont seem to be clear about bonus request but for sure they redeem these bonuses just a way to take your money and make sure if u win they find way to keep from paying out. bonus that redeems on your doposit will keep you from getting any large sum from casino even if its requested by you which thier rules and terms for redeeming bonus coupon use requst and redeem as one meaning i got to say they need to make sure support knows these fine lines to keep from telling people which turn to them for right answer from being mislead this happen to me Shame on you [-Shame on you x im not giving up cause i feel they not standing behind fact that support confirmed in live chat session with me that bonus should be requested after deposit if last transaction was free chip of or bonus than yes they answered my account page shows request before deposit and they redeemed it how what happen to rules and terms and condtions for reqeusting and redeeming i may be wrong here but who knows which is right they sure dont seem to. i just want to work this out n a postive way if possible its been 14 days sinse i got withdraw request recieved email from casino whats going on?

Rather than post a blow by blow commentary of your dealings with the Casino (which the rules do not permit), please contact GamblingGrumbles.com if you would like your problem mediated.

Graeme Thank you for getting my email over to steve.He took my info.I still have a hope maybe to give you my final outcome.Us the ones depositing are wondering how they keep getting rich.Manager of casino which my disputes all come to hold he withdrawed winnings after he approved them/?Who can stop the manager?manager must be human right.
