Gambling Grumbles ReportGoodwin Casino: "Never say die"by Steve Russo
March 2021Jose B from Spain has finally received the €1,900 he won at Goodwin Casino. Jose B had deposited and lost a total of €22,000 at the casino in December, but when he won €1,900 in February there were delays in paying him. Jose wrote to Gambling Grumbles a few weeks ago as he needed urgent assistance, he mentioned the following: "The customer service of this casino never answers and Miss Lina (casino manager) who answers from time to time told me in early March that in that week she would send my money. Once that week has passed she told me that there are problems with deposits and payments and that I should provide her with my account number (IBAN) and that they would make an exception and pay me by bank transfer and so I have been waiting 2 weeks with the promise of this young lady not to worry, that I will be paid, that the money never arrives and every time she answers me (she does not always answer) she tells me that I will be paid, what I suppose is another lie".Click the following link to read the full report: Goodwin CasinoSubmit a Gambling Grumble
