Gambling Grumbles Report:  Red Dog Casino: "Where is the money?"by Steve Russo
August 2021Glenn Y of Hawaii won $4000 at Red Dog Casino last October and also successfully withdrew his winnings. However, he thought the casino still owed him $525 - he was unfortunately incorrect. The pertinent part of Glenn's complaint read as follows: "Then on the final payment they said they processed $525USD to my Discover card, I waited over a month and still no deposit, I emailed them that it seemed to be lost and if they could reprocess, they said NO ( I have their email reply). They said instead they could deposit the 525USD in my online Reddog account to used at their casino. I said OK since it seemed like this was the only way I would get my 525. But before they would do this they asked for my Discover Card statement to make sure no deposit was shown. That was perfectly reasonable and I sent them my bank statement for 2 months to prove there was NO deposit from REDDOG.
"Then to my total amazement I get an email from (Kelsey and Madison from Billing) that they see transactions that show they made the deposit. What they point to are 3 transactions that were posted in Beijing, China for 205.00 each. Total around 615USD, they claim that this is their deposit." ...
