Trying to get your money from this casino is like pulling teeth. Why don't you put a skull and crossbones on all of its reports so that people will know to stay away from it?

The Skull & Crossbones symbol is not given to a casino, but rather to its handling of a particular case. Theoretically, at least, it is possible for a casino to have a Skull & Crossbones on one report and a "big smile" symbol on another.

The Skull & Crossbones is only given when one of the following happens:

1. It refuses to return a player's deposit and there are no truly extenuating circumstances.

2. It does not answer e-mails sent to it by Gambling Grumbles.

3. It makes a promise to Gambling Grumbles and then fails to live up to its word.

Personally, I would not play at any casino which has even one report with a Skull & Crossbones, but each person can read the report and make his own decision.
