I have been playing Poker online and offline with friends for years. I really want to teach my adult son how to play, but he’s never shown any real interest. Can anyone suggest a book or video that I could share with him that might ignite a passion for Poker? I would really like to share this with him, but I’m not sure how to get him started.

Rounders (1998 with Matt Damon, Edward Norton, John Turturro) is a good poker movie that gets you enthusiastic about poker. It worked for me. I was 17 or 18 years old when I saw that movie. I started playing poker with friends the same night I saw that movie and I never stopped playing.
You must be a cool dad, wanting to teach your kids to play poker! It's mostly the other way around, parents wanting their kids to stop playing poker. Lol

Heh ;) It's really weird to hear a father willing to teach his son to play poker. ;) In a casino, where I work, we organize special presentations of poker, so anyone could learn the game. But you know, I've met people who really just don't play poker. Good luck, TheBrain! ;)
