In the latest Gambling Grumbles report Crazy Luck Casino is under the microscope. I find it ridiculous (and very scary) that they are putting off payment of the small sum of $325. I feel bad for William, I'm sure by now the hassle of trying to get paid has outweighed the fun of the win. Here's the report: "Mañana, mañana. Mañana is soon enough for me," go the lyrics to an old song. But mañana ("tomorrow") is not soon enough for William F of Texas -- not, at least, when he has been hearing it for the past few weeks from Crazy Luck Casino.
"I requested a withdrawal of $325.00 on 11-20-2014," William wrote to us. "They told me it would take 8-10 days for me to get payment of my winnings. It has now been 22 days and I have received nothing. Everytime I contact them (either thru LIVE CHAT or email) they tell me the funds will be paid tomorrow. That started on Monday December 1st. This casino has given me trouble in the past with slow pay and they are habitual liars. It is always mañana, but mañana never comes."
This is an old story with Crazy Luck Casino, which is in our Hall of Shame for repeatedly ignoring letters which we have sent to it.
As with all HOS casinos, we no longer waste the time and effort to write to it when a complaint comes in. Instead, we simply post the complaint and then send a link to the casino.
If it is interested, at all, in clearing its name it can contact us and we will supply it with all the details of William's account and update the report. Some casinos have done this. Some have not.
