Hi I wanted to know if it is true that Anybets will be making a comeback? I loved this idea! I remember Anybets saying that they will be going away and then making a return with more quirks added to the site..I was one of them who has given them ideas on what to put on the new site...I will really like to see them return.. I think the AnyBets poolbetting site has made its last appearance.
The concept preceded Gambling.com. I started a version (then called BettorZone) but stopped it in favour of Gambling.com.
When I sold Gambling.com, I had another go at AnyBets, which I thought was the most refreshing concept ever introduced in the industry. Unfortunately insufficient players agreed and I had to take the site down.
I thought third time would be lucky. Unfortunately this last attempt failed, mainly because of a severe database crash and loss of irrecoverable data.
The only way AnyBets could be revived is if an investor backed the idea and there was adequate finding for development, working capital and marketing.
