This report cuts down to the following: have you ever had a dispute that ended with you account closure with any online casino ?If your answer is NO, then you are safe. I am in the database... have been since early in my online gaming career. Rushmore group put me there due to a problem the money people had and not through any fault of mine. I tried and tried back then to talk to the casinos and the money folks to get it straightened out. To no avail... I ended up tired of the bull and turned my back on the whole thing.
Fortunately, the only casinos that don't want me and my money are in the Rushmore group. The only other casino that it has come up with (after many deposits and never a problem) is iNetBet. They seemed to randomly decide I was on the list one day and boot me from there casino. They often come back and try to recruit me to play there now. If I take them up on it, I jump through hoops until my head spins and then they decide they can't do business with me... I now ignore them and any of their offers.
So, even if you have never behaved badly, say reversing a deposit, or anything fraudulent, you too can be in the lovation database for ever and ever and ever. Oh, and back when I tried so hard to fix things, no casino would give me the name lovation... hmmm.
