Yes, the title is right. - Both Casino Splendido and its sister casino Roxy Palace seem to have way too poor security policies. If they close your account and you're lucky to have no funds in the account then you can't ask nobody what's the problem. I have successfully passed their KYC procedure, complete documentation validated, many successful deposits and withdrawals processed but all of a sudden my account is locked and I can no longer access neither Roxy Palace or Casino Splendido websites, and no response to emails. No contact.
However, this report is not my story. This report relates to someone who
had a balance when his account was locked. So this is more serious. The casino does not tell him what the problem is, they just advised the player to contact eCogra. Imagine the following dialogue:
Player: Hi I have a problem, my Casino Splendido account was closed but I don't know on what reasons.
eCogra: Hi, indeed you have a secret problem. We reviewed your account and ruled in favour of the casino.
