I'm the grumbler in the Blacklights Casino Report.
It's been two weeks now since I've heard from them and I'm honestly not satisfied.

Yes, they paid me on our third contract, it was a 50 free chip they gave me to keep me happy while looking into what happened to my original winnings that simply vanished from my balance but still showed in my reconciled reports. I sent screenshots.

I requested an audit two weeks ago and have written several times (cc'd you Steve so you were kept in the loop) and have heard nothing.

It was kind of complicated Steve because it went on for a month and a half, now two months but regardless of whether I was paid on a chip they gave me while 'looking into' negating my original winnings; I have not been paid what is owed me nor been given any reason for the wiping out of my hard won original funds.

I would appreciate it if you would consider updating the report to anything but a happy happy face, because I am not a happy camper at all.

I really appreciate you getting me some of the money. I am very happy with gamblinggrumbles. I am not at all happy with blacklights casino nor their handling of my money.

Okay, it's moved.

It is true that the casino really should have given you the $50 chip (or at least left it in your account for you to play with) but you have to admit that you got a lot more than you were willing to settle for before contacting Gambling Grumbles.

In all honesty, I can't see changing the report (or even the smiling face) when the casino gave you everything we originally asked for. Among other reasons is that we have an unspoken agreement with the casinos -- if they cooperate, we will give them a positive report. If I go back on that agreement, it will make it much more difficult when the next player has a dispute.

My grumble has to do with CASINO TITAN. I recently won $10 through Gambling Portals at Casino Titan and when I asked them about it I was told there was no such affiliate with them and that they had no knowledge of any prizes being awarded through them. I contacted Graeme here and he told me that they were notified and Casino Titan was supposed to be doing something about it yesterday and that I was not the only one who complained about them. Also Casino Titan told Graeme that I had 4 accts with them and yet when I signed up it said I had no accts with them. I do not understand what is going on here but hope it gets rectified soon...

Please write to me at steverusso@gamblinggrumbles.com . Include all the details that you can (including your full name, account number or user name, the e-mail address you have registered at the casino, the e-mail address of the last person from the casino to write to you, your city and country, and, if you still have it, the e-mail that they sent to you.

I hope to be able to work on it today, but I am facing a problem. The internet is down in my entire area (probably as a result of a small earthquake we had during the nght) and I am posting this from a public computer in another town. I keep records of all my contacts in my own computer so I won't be able to write to Titan until the internet is back up.
