If you ever wondered about how to buy bitcoins easily and exchange bitcoins back to cash, here is something useful for you my friends.

For NON USA residents:

Buy BitCoins (and other virtual coins) with your Visa or MasterCard, quick and easy:

247Exchange.com - a regulated company registered in Belize. Buy bitcoins / altcoins with cash and sell those back to cash by credit card.

OKPAY - a company registered in Czech Republic. Deposit by bank transfer or many other options, including bitcoins and altcoins. Withdraw by Visa / MasterCard, bank transfer or many other options including to bitcoins / altcoins and WebMoney.
It provides a customized MasterCard option (like Neteller and Skrill does too) for instant withdrawals from ATM's.

SaldosDigitales.com an online electronic currency exchanger based in Colombia. Accepts USA customers. It allows you to send and receive money and bitcoins to and from PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, OKPAY, WebMoney, Bank Transfer, Bitcoins and many others.
Max $350 or equivalent per transaction. A transaction is usually completed in 2-5 business days.

Neteller allows you to buy cash with your bitcoins (not available to USA people) and withdraw the cash instantly from ATM with customized MasterCard or withdraw via bank transfer and other various methods. As of now, Neteller does not allow you to buy bitcoins with cash.

For USA residents:

Rippletrade.com follow the instructions to buy cash (USD/AUD/SGD/NZD/JPY/EUR) and then another set of instructions and exchange that cash to bitcoins. And there will be another set of instructions if you want to withdraw and pocket your bitcoins to cash (or even gold bars).

Coin.mx is a Bitcoin exchange where you can buy and sell Bitcoins with a regular credit card and its services are available worldwide, including for USA residents. From what I see on their website, the operation is located in Dallas, USA.

It is said in their terms that the maximum lifetime Bitcoin any one person can buy is in the value of $500. But as I've read on some other forums, once you reach this limit a manager will lift your limit to $2,500 per month (which indeed is much more reasonable).

I wanted to test myself this operation but they require a VIDEO with both faces of the credit card which I will use. They would not accept simple scans like most companies do. I was told I can blank out the middle digits and the CVV (probably I could do this with a black sticker band). But I've told to the live chat agent that I am not going to go through all these steps for a lifetime limit of 2 bitcoins or $500. Then asked the live chat agent to mention this issue to a manager or someone higher in rank and to update me via email to what limit (be it monthly or lifetime etc) will my account be upgraded to. The live chat agent promised me I will receive an email within 24-72 business hours but you all know the story with tomorrow never comes. Yes, that was the case.

And so I've never really tested this Coin.mx company. In my opinion they did not cared enough about a future big customer and so they lost me. If anyone of you decide to go this Coin.mx path and spend more than $500 with their credit card buying bitcoins, please let us know to what limit(s) they upgrade your account and if they require additional security measure for that.

Thanks Constantin, that is really helpful information. I have shied away from the new BitCoin casinos because I did not understand how to do this. You are just so full of useful knowledge!

Hi stormei, if we reference Post #1 by Constantin above, we see it is much more available outside the US, but he does show us 1 place where US players can deal in bitcoins as follows:

USA residents

Rippletrade.com follow the instructions to buy cash (USD/AUD/SGD/NZD/JPY/EUR) and then another set of instructions and exchange that cash to bitcoins. And there will be another set of instructions if you want to withdraw and pocket your bitcoins to cash (or even gold bars).

Note: if you go to his original post, there is a link to Rippletrade.com.

For Neteller and my account, I can buy cash with Bitcoins and use it for transfers to merchants and other members, but not withdraw/buy with Mastercard. I see in a lot of RTG casinos you can deposit with Bitcoins via Neteller now.
