Why does it take 30 seconds to accept deposits but it takes weeks and sometimes months to withdraw money??Most sportsbooks you have to wait a week max for payouts but online casinos seem to delay and delay and jerk you around for ages. Maybe its just the online casinos im dealing with.Does anybody know of any online casinos that payout promptly without asking you to send and resend documents over and over??

This is just my guess but I suspect that they are using our money to earn interest.

I would have to say the casino ive had the worse luck with was AZTECASINO a Top Game. I had won about $ 10,000 but they only allowed $2,500 a week per withdrawal. It took almost 8 weeks (6-7 weeks after it had approved by the finance dept) to get the $2500 by then I had given back the other $7500 I had won. Lots of early morning phone calls to make sure they receive the paperwork I had sent in (by email and fax to 2 different #'s) had finally been received after sending them 4-5 times. It even got to the point where the live chat (ALEX) wouldn't even check my acct, or pretend to answer my questions and was even just plain rude. I was finally given an email addy to a Mgr of the casino, i'm gonna try to copy and paste them to this post the emails are between Jon 1 of the Mgrs of the casino and myself .....here we go....

Hi Regina,
Its OK, Im handling this now.
Please send me an ewalletxpress or usemywallet account number.
Once I have that you get paid.

Thanks,
Jon

Subject: withdrawal

Hi Jon

I was wondering how much longer i have to wait for my withdrawal? It has been pending since 6-16-10 originally since 6-7-10 when i originally applied for it but was asked to resubmit doc's sent on 6-16-10 and the date changed once i did that to the 16th. anyway ive emailed ur finance dept 2x's about this and nobody has answered me back. Ur my last hope, im begining to think im not gonna get my money. If u look at my history ive spent almost $20,000 at ur site and i cant get anybody to help me with my withdrawal of $2,500. Plez at least answer back letting me know if im gonna get my money or not? and when ive waited up to 15 business days as ur live chat Alex has told me to do, he wont even check my acct for me anymore i guess he is tired of me trying to get the answer about my money. I dont think im asking for alot, but i guess he does, he has all but told me to go away he cant help me. So this is my last shot. I sure hope u can help me get the answer ive been waiting for. Plez let me know as soon as possible.

Thank You
candlecat
will post next 1 right now

Well I guess my wait wasnt over. Im still waiting for my withdrawal which has now been almost 45 days, i was under the impression i only had to wait up to 15 business days from the date the withdrawal was approved. That was about 30 days ago, can u tell me how much longer it will be????? live chat even had me leave my ewallet acct #xxxxxxxxx with them to make sure u would rec it . well u told me once i gave u my acct # i would have my money.......that was 10 days ago. At least let me know u rec'd my email.........as im just another person who has been disappointed by the treatment of this site when they asked for help.

Hi Regina,

You will have it during the first week of August - probably first few days.
Thanks,

J

To answer tj969's question. I've had good luck with RTG's Casinos.

Yes, they do take your deposits fast, but once you've given your paperwork once that's it.

Cashouts are quick and easy, but as always you must meet T&C if you use any bonus.

Good Luck to you!

I played at the Europa Casino last year and I won $900 and I thought that the withdrawal process there was very user friendly....I received my withdrawal in a couple weeks as I was told I would and I was very pleased with the service I received there. I can tell you that not all casinos take a long time to send the withdrawals.

I would suggest not playing on any site if you have any doubts what so ever. It is a MUST that you check there T&C’S.
On sites that have high wagering rules, you have to meet them, which in most cases are very hard to reach.
The best advice is always to steer clear of any sites you have to wait more than 7 working days for a withdrawal.

On most sites it is a requirement that if you request large cash outs you must send in proof of identity.
This is so that the correct person receives the winnings and for your security.
Could you imagine if someone else had access to your account and tried to cash out £1,000 and it wasn’t you?
I am sure you would blame the site for not doing security checks at this stage.
There are of course some BOGIS sites out there but 95% of the gaming sites will require these security checks.
The good news is, once you send in your photo ID etc. That is normally the only time you’re required to do this and all your future withdrawals should be fast.

I think Agnes is totally correct. It's a usual procedure and we as players have the right either to accept their rules or to decline and not play there. When I know for sure that a casino will pay me 100% for sure - Ii can wait for a little bit longer than usual. :)

There are a couple of Gambling Grumbles reports on Rushmere which you might want to read.
And perhaps enlist the help of Gambling Grumbles.

If two weeks have gone by since they wrote to you, and if they have not since given you a specific date on which you will be paid, Gambling Grumbles might be able to help.

First go to www.gamblinggrumbles.com and register. Then click on the link which says "email message" to make your complaint.

It will save time if you include all pertinent details, including:

1. Your full name.
2. The city and country in which you live.
3. Your user name or account number at the casino. (Please, NEVER send your password to anyone, including us.)
4. The e-mail address you used when registering at the casino.
5. Confirmation that you registered at Gambling Grumbles.
6. The e-mail address of the last person from the casino who wrote to you (if you still have it).
7. Your complaint itself (when they promised to pay you, how much they owe you, what reason they gave for the delay, etc).

Thank you Steve...the delay email was sent June 23rd. I'll give them two weeks and then call and ask for a delivery date. If I don't get it I'll initiate a complaint.

Mcbeth, some casinos pay very promptly. You might want to have a look at the reports on Gambling Grumbles www.gamblinggrumbles.com to see which casinos to avoid.
Also, members of The Gambling Portals network vote for which casinos are the fastest payers.
You can find the results at www.gamblingcity.com/Bes...GrID=1009#TableOfResults
(At present the top 2 are Winaday and Ladbrokes Casino)

Steve: I want to thank you for making such a fast and professional attempt to help me collect my winnings. I don't expect to see the money, but I think Rushmore will suffer more in the long run. Many thanks for all your hard work.Dancing
