That is how the Term was written. I agree, this would have fooled me too.

And not because I am not a native English speaker. But because it was wrongly worded. Then why the player has to pay for the casino mistake and why Steve incline to say that the player got it wrong? To find an answer together I thought I'll make this a pool. Please vote.
