Adeline, I like the advice you have given about making your money last by playing 1 cent to 5 cents. But, I do have a question
about what you mean. Do you mean 1 cent or 5 cents per line? Or per spin? For example, do you just play 1 to 5 lines on a 20 line slot and bet 1 cent on each to make a 5 cent bet per spin? Or 1 cent on all 20 lines, making one spin cost 20 cents? Or 5 cents on all 20 lines, making one spin cost $1 ?

Hi Adeline, be very careful what slots you play if you are not playing full lines. There are many games where you increase exponentially the house edge if you play fewer lines. I take Frankenstein video slot from Net Entertainment for example which its Info File reads: "The theoretical return to player (RTP) for this game is 71.0%-96.7% The higher the number of bet lines played, the higher the RTP is."

When you play with fewer active pay lines you are increasing the variance (ie if you play 1 line at a slot with 50 pay lines you are increasing that slot variance by 50 times). But you should make sure that this is not also affecting your winning chances (like it happens in Frankenstein example). If the payout table changes when paying fewer lines (like it usually happens in video poker when playing less than 5 coins per bet) or the free spins/bonus round is only triggered when some certain symbols land on your active pay lines, then you should be pretty sure that you are also exponentially increasing the house edge on the game you play.

hi just wanted to tell everyone i won a minijackpot at slotocash this weekend the best part was it was a no deposit bonus that was the coolest part i never make the playthrough but because of the jackpot win i did yay so i won 365.00. So it can happen this was i curious about no deposit bonuses now i know. good luck out there.oh it was 2cents a line so 50cents a spin. started with 25 dollars.

I know we lose more than winning that's why i go to have fun mostly, hope to win but usually don't win big, i suppose it's because i don't bet big, i also don't deposit too much because it's a hobby for me so i don't put more than 35 dollars a week if it's a holiday i deposit 25 at 2 places. I did win 500 last Dec. I do make playthroughs but i usually just keep playing i just like to move around different games and have fun. So if you are just out to win money well unless you deposit a lot and bet a lot you probably not going to win a lot. good luck out there oh we recently receieved emails from GB about not using deposit bonuses well i did make playthoughs with deposit bonuses a few times and the mini jackpots with them so where i go playing without it didn't get me anything. slotocash and uptown aces

I have had this happen sometimes too, but can tell you that slots do payout, they have paid me many, many times over the years. I play Microgaming Casino Videoslots mostly, and have watched closely sometimes how they are paying out, ie, how many spins before you get free spins, I have had free spins come up on my first spin when going to a game, and have had them come up after about 200 spins sometimes, but at this time am playing only 9cents a spin, and have had wins inbetween this.

Sometimes you just have to switch Casinos, and another may be better for you, I have had this. It is up to you if you want to continue, above is what has worked for me over the years. Sometimes for some reason, I have found slots are not paying out at any Microgaming Casino, but this is only the odd time, they usually do pay out. Playing slots you loose sometimes, but you can win sometimes.
