This case is simple: the player played with his maximum allowed bonus for his second deposit, won £6,922 and provided all documents (including some notarized ones) that the casino requested. The casino promises in its terms and conditions to honor payouts within 4 business days but after a 5 weeks period passed the casino still claims to be within the 4 business days time frame.
