This report reveals how some unlicensed casinos can do what they want without giving the players a right to complain to any licensing authority. For example, after excessive delays WinBig21 Casino which owes €1,500 to Massimiliano is requesting him to DEPOSIT €500 more in order to be able to cash out his €1,500! - This would obviously be an abusive term, but such aberration is not mentioned in the terms of use of the casino. - He was a winning player, he deposited €630 and so far cashed €2,950 after depositing various (smaller) amounts (because he wanted to) while he was waiting for his withdrawals. But this last request of €500 is obviously something out of the order. Who guarantees him that will ever see a penny more from the casino?
