The answer to your question is: Blackjack Combinatorial Analyzer. It is a free software which calculates exactly the theoretical expectation of the game and also give exact advice on what to play in a nice customized strategy chart. All you need to know is the exact rules of the game you play and then follow the strategy chart perfectly in each given case. But be prepared, you won't find many positive expectation games!

To download the free Blackjack Combinatorial Analyzer software check out this link and follow the instructions which you will find there: https://www.blackjackinfo.com/free-blackjack-combinatorial-analyzer/ (it will only work on Windows operating systems XP or higher).

There is a guy on Casinomeister right now selling a BJ card-counting book for $2500. I wonder how they would feel if I showed them this FREE software?

Well this free software does not help a player with anything in regards to card counting so those are two different things probably. Anyway what is the name of that book? I'd like to take a free sneak a peak at what is covered in that $2,500 book only because the price is out of this world.

At best that $2,500 a/some new card counting system(s) likely harder to master compared to the ones already known and probably not better in terms of profit per time invested with a given bankroll. I can bet $5,000 that no book can beat the following book pack and contain anything new (because those books cover absolutely everything you'll need and can imagine) in relation to all known blackjack card counting systems:

Bootlegger's 200 Proof Blackjack: A Survival Guide for Playing the Tables by Mike Turner ($21 on Amazon paperback or Kindle version)
Blackbelt in Blackjack: Playing 21 as a Martial Art by Arnold Snyder ($17 paperback or $9 Kindle version on Amazon)
Professional Blackjack by Stanford Wong ($17 paperback or $11 Kindle version on Amazon)
Blackjack Attack: Playing the Pros' Way by Don Schlesinger (also found on Amazon as paperback $30, hardcover $70, no Kindle version)
Blackjack Secrets by Stanford Wong (paperback $15 on Amazon, no Kindle version) - someone is selling it for $700 - maybe is that CM guy?

And if someone is curious to learn some more quick tips about blackjack card counting, you can read the basics of the most recommended card counting system (HI-LO) in terms of "easy to learn/efficiency" in the following link (basically that is all the average counter needs to know):

James Grosjean's book, Exhibit CAA: Beyond Counting (2009) Hardcover

$2500 used!

the seller says it sold on eBay for $3000 and $2750

I wonder if the art of selling unique items for outrageous prices is a lucrative business because you will eventually sucker someone into a purchase......hmmm

Well, "James Grosjean's book, Exhibit CAA: Beyond Counting (2009)" is about hole carding and not card counting. And is not really about blackjack, but about any exploitable table game by making use of the hole carding info.

James Grosjean is a genius indeed and to have this book would be very valuable for the dedicated land based casino advantage player. But there are some caveats with buying this book: Grosjean most certainly did not put everything he knows in this book (some tricks and info are kept secret). And the casinos also got this book. Here is a good read about hole carding in very general lines: Hole Carding 101 (AP Heat)

Short offtopic: As for selling unique items on ebay/amazon etc, I believe it will be profitable as long as you can wait a few years to sell your items and are up to actively promote your items during all these years. I've read on Reddit some guys claiming to be successful at doing this.

I find it best to follow the guidelines on when to hit. Not everyone can count cards so they rely on what is visible. Stay alert and mind your alcohol. If something happens on the table that you missed, time to quit.

Good observation. The way the OP at CM titled his post somehow made me think it was card counting, lol

Btw, good analysis! Do you own this book?

I don't have this book. But I've been able to read the title of its chapters and what other people who owned it have said on some other forums.

Thanks for your advice on Blackjack Combinatorial Analyzer. That has helped me examine every possible hand that could be dealt. Also, assess the outcome of each possible strategy choice at every decision point. Finally, sum all those outcomes to arrive at an expected return for the game. Great tip! Thank You Constantin!

Here is one of my strategy that works mostly. Always try to hit a soft 17 that is ace-6, split aces and 8s, double down on 11 & stand on a hard 17. Try it! First try it online, then step into the casino for real life experience as a better player in Black Jack.

Always try to increase your bet when the odds are in your favor. Many high cards in the deck work better for you since they always amount to ten and help you get more blackjacks. The more you play, the more you’ll gain a sense of how many helpful cards remain in the deck and how to proceed with the hand you have. Once you have a grasp of your odds of winning, you can more aggressively bet on good hands.

You can try splitting aces and 8's, but never ever split 4's, 5's, or 10's. Also you can split 9's except against 7's, 10's and aces. Always try to raise your bets a when you are winning and end the game if you are no longer enjoying it.

It might be different from what I know but to make the most effective options on each hand when playing blackjack, refer to essential strategy. Like using a strategy based on statistical probabilities, you can decide which strategy to take is best in many different situations. It directs you, for instance, when to hit, stand, double down, or split. Your odds of winning at the blackjack table can be significantly increased by learning and following to essential method. I hope that helps :>
