I MADE A WITHDRAWEL ON THE 18 OF JUNE OF R50 000 I GOT PAID R20 000 OF THAT MONEY ON THE 2ND OF JULY, I HAVE SEND MORE THAN 50 E MAILS AND 100 PHONE CALLS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, IM RUNNING IN CIRCLES, NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AND WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE OUTSTANDING MONEY, LEON CALLED ME YESTERDAY AND SAID THE MONEY SHOULD BE PAID NEXT WEEK AND I TOLD HIM I WANT IT TRANSFERRED AS IN YESTERDAY, IT WAS ONE AMOUNT WITHDRAWEL AND THEY CANT SPLIT IT, I TOLD HIM TO CALL ME AFTER HE SPOKE TO HEAD OFFICE, GUESS WHAT NO CALL AGAIN. AFTER ALL THE E MAILS TO FINANCE AND HEAD OFFICE I DIDNT RECEIVE ONE REPLY. THEY ARE EASY TO TAKE ONES MONEY BUT TO PAY OUT WELL THINK AGAIN. IM SO FRUSTRATED AND THEN THE CALL CENTRE MANAGER TODAY SAID I MUST STOP PHONING CUSTOMER SUPPORT AS IM KEEPING UP THE LINES, WELL IF THEY PAID ME LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN NEEDED TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME. THERE IS NO TEL NR AVAILABLE FOR THE HEAD OFFICE AND EVERYTHING GOES THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE AND THATS WHERE EVERYTHING STOPS.

Unfortunately, this seems to be an on-going problem with the African Palace Casino. There were two complaints from other players about it sent in to Gambling Grumbles.

I don't know what their problem is (although a pure guess is that they are having cash flow problems). Personally, no matter what the cause, I would not play at any casino that doesn't pay in a reasonable time frame.

That's a wise suggestion, Steve. African Palace has now gone out of business and is ignoring e-mails requesting payments.
