In my experience the Rival casinos are the best. It could be a coincidence but I´ve won over $15000 in Slotocash!
It´s also easy to get in contact with suport via online help.
Slotocash have low play through requirements and no max cash out on their bonuses!
My second choice is RTG.

Vegas Regal is a pretty cool Rival casino. Two years ago I made one small deposit ($20) and since then, they give me all kinds off cool promotions. I often get free-chips in my account from $6.00 to $25.00!!! and that for only one small deposit in two years!

Yeah, I've had the same experience with Vegas Regal casino. I did a couple of small deposits - and they always include me in the list of different ND bonuses! :) Really nice!

Tropica is also a Rival casino just as good as Vegas Regal, maybe even better! They always give me free chips and free play bonuses.
A few years ago I made a 25 euro deposit at Tropica casino, just so I could withdraw my winnings (from the no deposit welcome bonus they had going at the moment) to my neteller account. Within two days I had received the money! without having to send them any documents!
Since I made that 25 euro deposit (years ago) Tropica is giving me lots of small free chips and other cool bonuses. A few months ago I even made the playthrough of a small free chip. I made the withdrawal request and two days later I had received the money into my Neteller account.
Two weeks ago I made my second deposit ever at Tropica, 25 euro, and an hour later I requested a 200 euro withdraw. Only this time I got an e-mail asking me to send them the usual documents, ID & proof of address.
I only had an old scan of a bank-statement and an old scan of my passport on my computer, but I send it to them anyway and I told them that I didn't have a working scanner at the moment...
The next day I received this message from Tropica:

Thank you for sending in the requested documentation. It has been accepted. If you have pending cashouts, they will be processed shortly.

I cannot join in the praise of Vegas Regal. As manager of Gambling Grumbles I have received complaints about the casino from two different players, contacted the casino about them both times, and it ignored both inquiries.

As is our practice, two consecutive complaints ignored by a casino, in addition to earning it two "Skull&Crossbones", means that Gambling Grumbles will no longer contact the casino before posting a report. There is no point in wasting the time and energy in writing to someone who does not reply.

Instead, when a complaint comes in we will simply report it and then send the link to the casino.

Players should be aware that if they have a problem with the casino Gambling Grumbles will not be able to help them -- and, personally, with that in mind I think it is wisest to stay very far away from Vegas Regal.

I tried this one when I was abroad, called Casino Spiele - it was pretty interesting to play casino games in a different country. Gave the experience a whole different flavor!

I see you have said "Royal Vegas Casino" but since this thread is about Rival Casinos, I am not sure if you really meant Royal Vegas Casino or Casino Royal Club?

If you meant to say Casino Royal Club, then before putting any further penny into that casino please take a close look at the problem I personally had with them. Then let us know your fresh thoughts. I apologize if you was correct and really meant to say "Royal Vegas Casino" as you affirmed. - But even that one, would not be a good choice for you considering that at http://www.gamblinggrumbles.com/ it has a total of four complaints, one with a crying face symbol and all others with skull & crossbones symbols. I always try my luck at 12Bet Casino baccarat is my all time favorite game since I am finding it hard to win on a slot game. I guess table and cards games are easier to play than playing in a roulette or slot machines.
